Andrew Wood has been with Capital Indemnity Group since the inception and has come to be known as a “student of the game” by his advisor partners, thanks to his penchant for identifying unique trends and ideas in the protection market. It is this thurst for knowledge that has allowed Andrew to become one of the industries preeminent experts on Social Security retirement filing strategies and the manager of our industry leading Social Security Optimization program.
Prior to joining CIG, Andrew spent five years building a top tier wholesaling territory and honing his craft with ING Financial Services. During his time at ING, Andrew helped hundreds of advisors across the country generate nearly $500 million in fixed, indexed, and variable annuity sales by routinely providing his advisor partners with outstanding sales support and case design expertise.
Andrew has a degree in Business and Economics from Ursinus College, has held his Series 6, 63, and 65 licenses, in addition to his Life, Health, and Annuity Insurance licenses. He resides in the suburbs of Philadelphia and enjoys spending time with family and friends. In his spare time Andrew is an avid golfer and regularly participates in local charity half marathons and running events.
